Its a safety issue. Keeping the chain clean, lubed, adjusted, and the rear Wheel aligned. I am trying to remember when I saw my first standless bike and had to add a $270 stand to it>Any motorcycle that has a chain drive should be required to have a center stand...... like God intended!

Certainly not my 1983 Gold wing or Yamaha 650 seca.....Not my Kawasaki C10....not the NT700....it was probably the 2017 Vstrom...My VFR 800 Delux came with one.
