But Rich, I got there a day before you did. And I have some obligations at home. And I got a tail-wind ride across SD yesterday.
As far as missing Mellow goes some of us missed him less than others.;) I’ll stop there. Seriously, several times we gathered around the banners with all the names on there and remembered the riders not in attendance and the ones no longer living or able to ride. Those are the sad realities. Mellow will be back. “The Dan” did a good job as usual.

Chris and crew, I hope you have a good ride to Dubois - - - and enjoy the museum. I have to return there someday.

I got home about 3PM today. I didn’t see a single cop from Duluth to ND, SD, and returning from SD, and most of MN. Then there were several, but in the 100 mile that I rode in WI I saw several. Other notable thing was the chip sealing I encountered. 2 long stretches in ND and 1 long stretch in SD twice.
