Short lanyards on the right saddlebag

Is it normal for the right saddlebag to open only about 45 degrees while the left one opens a full 90? Why shorter lanyards on the right one? Makes it difficult to load a full liner.

I noticed years ago. Then noticed muffer there, oh, thats why. Hey don't let JJ bash you,, I'll do it!! Haven't you ever you ever looked at the rear end?? With both BUTT cheeks open, one is not as open as the other side?? Known as lopsided. hahaha

Ok, ok I see how it is...... now there's two of you!! Go ahead, I can take it, I've got thick skin! Be advised however that paybacks are hell...
