Do drivers have to be instructed not to stop ON rail tracks???
I have been waiting for a week to find out the circumstances that would cause a 20 yo on a Honda cycle to stop on the rail road tracks and miss the train bearing down on him???

I’ve heard of suicide by cop, but not by train.
There was a person killed many years ago walking down railroad tracks with earphones blaring loud in his ears. Never heard it coming.

Think about the dumbest person you know or have ever met.. there's many more even dumber.

There's a singe lane road near me with a rail crossing that sees heavy traffic during the evening commute. I can't count the number of times I've seen someone stop on the tracks instead of waiting for enough space to open on the other side before proceeding across.
