The last 6 weeks I've been motoring around the eastern side of the US.
In Florida I hit some heavy storms and while I hate to admit it, I forgot to turn up the flow of my auto chain oiler. I started to hear alot of noise and looking around discovered the chain was looking pretty ugly. I bought a can of lubricant for immediate help and upped the flow on my oiler and adjusted the chain - the third time its been adjusted.

I phoned home and asked my wife to get me a replacement set She finally found one, but in her calling around she was told a few times the chain set for the NT hasn't been set up yet as there has not been anyone asking for them. That is surprising....the bike has been in the US for almost a year.
Partzilla is where she finally found the set.

I have 22,000 ish miles on the chain.

And it was a great trip! 1 - MIssouri to visit a Son and his family 2 - Connecticut - to visit a son and his family 3- North Carolina to visit my brother 4 - South Carolina to watch my oldest grandson graduation from Army boot camp 5 -then I left the party and went to Florica, and other states and picked up 7 national park stamps.

The NT performed flawlessly, other than the chain which was my fault.
She is a pretty good machine.

That is quite a trip!! I have 21,000 miles, and just ordered chain and sprockets, from UK site. This was for JT brand as recommended in my " gots me an NT " thread. Didn't want to try OEM, as i thought i could do better with non OEM.
Happy traveling as you finish your trip

Wish I could, but caregiving to the wife takes up a lot of time. Can't be gone more than a couple three hours at a time. And I have two other bikes and a MX-5 that need attention. But the 3600 miles I have put on my NT11 has been flawless. Rode it for 110 miles today. Along the South Platte river to Deckers for a cup of coffee.
