Sorry, I don't have one, but your post leaves me confused. Do you need a left side, or a right side? Service Honda lists one for the left side, I couldn't determine the color. The price was around $468!!!

Sorry it's left pannier lid, I've just fixed my post. I must be too tired from the last stretch of riding home in the traffic and rain.

I would check Ebay, David Silver Spares or CMS in the Netherlands. They are no longer in production and are as scarce as hens teeth.

Thanks Mike. Yes I found some around $400, which is more than what I want to pay. If I can't find anything that I can accept, I guess I'll live with the broken lid. Happened while on a road trip. Some dollar store shopping and I patched it with some duct tap and a picnic dish. Got me home.

That is a problem for sure. My NT700 rolled forward off the side stand once and fell over, but the only damage was a bent shift lever that I was able to bend back. Slow fall onto sand and gravel.

My suggestion would be to repair the pannier FROM THE INSIDE with a fiberglass repair kit, (I think they are less than $20 US) then have a decent body shop fill the remaining cracks and respray the cover. This would be relatively inexpensive to do. I have repaired other broken plastic this way in the past with excellent results.

Cliff's fiberglass idea is a good one. The fiberglass cloth is flexible enough that you would have to make a bit of a mold to hold the cloth in place. Make sure to use a fiberglass mold release compound on your mold. You might want to take the bike by a body shop that specializes in Corvette repairs or a boat repair shop that does fiberglass repair. If they cant do the job economically perhaps they can give you some pointers as to how you can do the job yourself. Also, the Bloom Red paint is a three stage color, gold undercoat/red topcoat/clearcoat.

I have one...from my 2010 before converting to the larger lids. Fair to good condition except where the plastic for one of the latches is buggered up.

Let me check -- I'm away from my garage until Saturday, but will check when I get home. I know I have a silver one -- I just don't know if I have a red one.

Looks like the new pannier lid will cost more than I want to spend, so I did what Cliff suggested, to patch it from inside.

I think I did a terrible job, but hey now it is one piece and open/closes without issue, so I am fine with that.

Thanks for all the input, much appreciated.

I don't think it looks all that bad. At least it is functional again.
