New NT Pannier Source

I just discovered a new source for new replacement pannier lids for the NT. Some enterprising soul saw a need for replacement pannier lids for our bike and invested the money in the molds to make the new parts. They are black plastic and come with no hardware. I believe they are made in Germany as the name references "ersatz" which is German for "made or used as a substitute, not genuine". They are listed on Ebay for ~$144 with ~$36 shipping. Judging by the cast in P/N and Honda markings actual original NOS parts...
Whilst "ersatz" stands for "substitute", does "Ersatzteil" really mean "spare part", and he writes that they're all new, genuine Honda spares...
Unfortunately only the narrow/OEM lids, not the larger, accessory ones...

I don't think they are OE, I think the numbers cast into the lid are to make it appear OE. The Honda OE pannier lids are serviced with the attaching hardware, these are not. Even if they are not OE, if they fit OK they are still a bargain and are available.
