As my final trip for the Grand Tour of Texas, I camped two nights at Fort Parker State Park. I had plotted out ten sights to pick up: 4 on the way to the park - about 300 miles; 5 on a 370 mile trip on Tuesday; and 1 on the way home - different route. 951 miles total, bringing the bike to 45,011. Had late lunch at Plowman's Kitchen in Taylor, Branding Iron Cafe in Marquez, and Back Yard BBQ in La Grange. Got rained on Monday night, it stopped around 5AM and the roads were clear by 9.
