I'm still going thru my newly acquired NT, pleased so far with what I bought. The windshield needed replacing, so I bought (ebay) a new one which apparently shipped from Poland. It appears to be a factory unit or a faithful reproduction, but it says "Deauville" on it and the holes do not quite line up with the mounting bolts.

My question here is the "Deauville" windshield correct for the NT700V? Side-to-side measurements are about 5/16" to 3/8" greater on the windshield than the bolt holes. I am wondering if it is standard or acceptable mounting procedure to flex the windshield a bit to make it line up. The vertical holes line up correctly it seems.

I'm wondering if that is a windshield for the older, 650cc, European model. I have never seen one with the vent for the NT700. From my experience, the bolt holes should line up and even be slightly oversized to allow for flex and to avoid cracking.

Part number. 64110-MEW-305

Looks like it's available at partzilla and others I checked.

I have my used OEM screen and it wasn't that good. Went thru several cee bailey screens and then a National Vstream. I would buy a Vstream again today.

I don't know how I missed that, thanks for the info. Is your original OEM in decent shape? Would you sell?

I have after market from 7jurock.com it's taller and wider. So you can customize the size. Odd name website but it's works fine

Parts Fish in Omaha, NE is a Honda dealer who discounts their parts. I use them for all my OE requirements.
