I think it is time to consider moving the 2025 NT rally to Branson Mo.

* A new location for those of us in central USA is time
* Table Rock state park is adjacent to Branson where there is much to do and good roads
* Weather may be cooler
* Work to change this would not be that much: reserve location at park

Why not at least discuss this again. Sturgis is way to far for most of us

Nope. You can plan a different one if you like but this on is not changing.

Great area, anyone can plan a different event anywhere if they like and I'll promote it here but this one is what it is.

For those who have not made the long trek to Spearfish (over a thousand miles one way for me and others), it is worth the trip.

Superb roads, gorgeous scenery, excellent weather. Hard to beat.

But the very best reason to go is the people who attend. The camaraderie is almost like a family reunion. In the good sense.

I would definitely consider other get togethers, whether in Branson, or elsewhere. And, if you haven’t looked at the ST owners forum, they have DOZENS of gatherings around the USA and Canada.
No reason the NT folks can’t do the same.

It would be 1400 miles if I rode slabs, which I do not. Would take me 5 days there and 5 days back again, minimum. Don't see that happening.

Folks are more than welcome to post a get together in the events section as a discussion topic and see who's interested. I'm sure more events in other parts of the country would be appreciated by many. I just went to 2 Arkansas events on ST-Owners in Sept and Oct which was nice.. kinda warm for that time but not bad.

This is a pretty low-activity site so many have moved on to other bikes and the forums/events associated with those bikes.

I typically use this as an excuse to take a tour through CO/UT/MT/WY on the way there. Or, I'll take a couple days to go straight there and spend the extra time riding the area.

Manfred - please spend the time and effort to plan an event in a:
1. Beautiful area
2. Great winding roads
3. Affordable camping and lodging
4. Choice of good restaurants
5. Friendly people
6. Good weather

I’ll sign up for an alternative location!

Texas Hill Country is a beautiful area, with lots of good riding, hotels, campsites, and places to eat. Texans are friendly to all who leave Kaliphornia behind.
