I need to replace the swingarm bearings on my 2009 NT700V Deauville.
Has anyone done this? Can it be done with bearing pullers and drivers or is a hydraulic press required?

I am not sure that anyone on this side of the pond has replaced the swingarm bearings or bushings. Not much riding is done on salt treated roadways such as you have in the UK in the winter. I believe I have seen several posts on the UK forum about this repair. I can just imagine though that heavily corroded bushings will require liberal dousing with penetrating oil and a considerable amount of choice "words". A hydraulic press will likely be useful. I don't envy you with this job

I’d think a hydraulic porta-power could work. Can you rent one from a parts store? If the bushings don’t come out easily I’d go straight to more power. Penetrating oil, hammers, and stuck bearings can make a bad day. Good luck.
